I’m a member, how do I redeem my £30 workshop voucher?
Thank you for supporting the How Hub by joining our Membership Club. We use the same booking system for members and none-members to ensure people turn up for their appointments.
So once you book and turn up to your appointment simply mention you’re a member and we’ll refund the £30 fee for you.
Where are you based?
Our workshop is located 10 minutes from Junction 27 of the M6 motorway, just north of Wigan. The full address will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
How big is your workshop and workshop entrance?
Our workshop door is 3.04m wide by 3.74m tall, which is easily enough to get an A-class or Coach built motorhome in or campervan and the Workshop bay area is 10m long and 4m wide.
What do I get when I book the workshop?
Our Workshop Rental is for 5 hours and gives you a workshop area to complete work on your vehicle yourself, you’ll also have access to power, water, kitchen, toilet, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and office with WiFi.
Our workshop can be used for brake maintenance, engine servicing, habitation maintenance, solar panel installations, habitation electrical work and much, much more! Please respect the workshop and leave in as clean & tidy as you found it.
Can I pay you to work on my vehicle?
We prefer to pass work to the trades we know and trust, therefore, we can suggest companies you can contact to provide the work you need.
Do you offer assistance & help in the workshop?
Our workshop rental service is setup for you to work on your vehicle yourself, without the weather getting in your way!
Please reply to the booking confirmation email with a brief overview of the reason you booked the workshop and we’ll let you know if we can help.
If you’re coming to ask for advice please send any questions you have in advance so we can deal with them as quickly as possible as we’ll have limited time on the day.
Can I install a diesel heater there?
Yes, you absolutely can, however, you’ll need to have the workshop door open fully if you have the heater running, or engine running.
Can I stay overnight?
No, it’s not possible to stay in the unit or on the industrial estate overnight.
Do you only accept Campervans & Motorhomes in the workshop?
Not at all, you can bring any vehicle here to work on, however, we have to keep the noise and pollution down, so no revving engines or vehicles with loud exhausts.
Do you have a vehicle ramp
We don’t have a ramp or pit.
Can I turn up and pay on the day?
Our booking system has a 2 day pre-booking system as we are not setup for customers to turn up and pay on the day. When you book online you pay and that secures your booking.
